Chelsea’s journey in the banking industry began as a teller at Wells Fargo, where she quickly ascended through various branch positions. Eventually, she became a Licensed Branch Manager at KeyBank. Transitioning to Silicon Valley Bank Private, she joined the Private Bank and Wealth Management team, where she managed Ultra High Net Worth client relationships in the innovation and wine industries across Texas, the Rocky Mountains, and the Pacific Northwest.

Her approach is centered on finding solutions that work for everyone, always striving to say “yes” and thinking creatively to solve problems. Chelsea empowers her team members to prioritize client success, embodying a competitive spirit and aiming to be the go-to person for clients, peers, and employees.

In her personal life, Chelsea is driven by providing a comfortable life for her family and being a positive example. She values outdoor activities, especially water sports like boating and kayaking, and enjoys immersing herself in foreign cultures through travel.
