Emma Priser

Emma serves as Chief of Staff at JGP Wealth Management, where she leads firm-wide improvement initiatives, strengthens leadership alignment, and cultivates a high-performing company culture. Since joining in 2020, she has played a key role in scaling the firm’s operations, building more robust internal systems, and supporting the execution of long-term strategic priorities. Her passion for operational excellence and team collaboration drives her to continuously enhance internal processes and company culture.

Prior to JGP, Emma worked in commercial real estate, leading tenant improvement and construction projects and earning industry recognition, including the TMT Development President’s Award and a 30 Under 30 distinction from the International Institute of Real Estate. Earlier in her career, she worked at UBS Financial Services, gaining experience across multiple roles within the wealth management industry.

Emma is passionate about leveraging individual strengths to build collaborative, high-performing teams. She is a Kolbe Certified™ Consultant, a Working Genius Certified Facilitator, and an Associate Professional in Human Resources, bringing expertise in team dynamics, organizational development, and strategic communication. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Communication from the University of Portland.

In her free time, Emma enjoys paddle boarding, baking, and spending time outdoors with her husband, children, and dog.
