Laura Lee

Laura joined JGP in 2025, bringing more than 30 years of people-first experience. At her core, she’s a relationship builder who brings care, intention, and a welcoming spirit to everything she does—and she’s excited to share that energy with JGP’s clients and community.

Laura’s career began in Portland’s restaurant community and grew within Oregon’s celebrated wine industry. Along the way, she built a broad foundation across sales, marketing, operations management, and team leadership, always with a focus on creating meaningful experiences. From working harvests and curating wine lists to leading sales teams, managing operations, and hosting memorable events, each chapter of her career deepened her appreciation for food, wine, and the connections they inspire.

Outside of work, Laura loves spending time with her family and friends, being on the water, live music, playing pickleball, and cooking for the people she loves. She’s also passionate about supporting women’s health, pediatric stroke awareness, and organizations like Girls Inc. and Rose Haven that empower women and girls in the community.
