Nicole Handelsman

Nicole serves as JGP’s Productivity Lead, where she focuses on technology optimization, systems design, and operational workflows across the firm. She plays a key role in ensuring processes run smoothly, tools are used effectively, and both clients and team members are supported by systems that enable their best work.

Nicole earned her degree in biomedical and molecular nutrition from Michigan State University before relocating to Portland. She thrives on solving complex problems and enjoys finding efficient, thoughtful solutions that improve day-to-day operations and create meaningful impact for both clients and colleagues.

Outside of work, Nicole loves spending time outdoors—one of the reasons she made the move from Michigan to the Pacific Northwest. She enjoys creating through hands-on projects like knitting, painting, and crochet, and finds inspiration in music—especially discovering new artists and building her vinyl collection.
